I'm looking for a good breeder of yorkies either in WV, OH, VA, PA, NC or SC. I'm willing to travel to these states.

My purchasing budget is around $600 to $800. I've seen them run from $500 to $$$$$$.

I've almost purchased from two breeders who I felt good about until I went to their homes. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
