My yorkie, Bella, is 8 months old and a little over 3lbs. I never let her outside by herself, she's definitely an indoor dog, but I feel bad keeping her in the bathroom while I'm at work. She has plenty of toys and such, but she loves to be outside. I've been looking into dog runs with covers. I have a "dog-loo" that I can put inside so she'll have a house. Is it a bad idea to leave her outside for 9 hours? Even if she's locked in and it's covered? I just like the idea of her having fresh air and grass.
