So glad to hear he's feeling better. I wouldn't worry about his ears. Lots of things can make them go down like stress, teething, and illness when they are little. He may not have his strength back. After Bo was neutered he thought he could run and play more than what he really felt like and he'd have to rest more often. Stewie's been through a lot. I'm sure his ears will be perky again in a few days.
