Animal Smiley 049 Biewer and parti yorkies

Hello all! I am new to yorkie talk. I have a beautiful baby boy yorkie. He is only 3 months old and his ears just came up and he looks so adorable. I was doing so reading on biewer yorkies and parti yorkies. So are parti yorkies and biewer yorkies the same? I know biewer yorkies are registered, but are parti yorkies considered an actual breed? Another question I have is, can you breed a parti yorkie or even a biewer yorkie to a regular yorkie. And if you did, what would the puppies be considered, would they be considered a mixed breed or a biewer, parti, or regular yorkie? In addition, could you have the puppies registered? The biewer and parti yorkie are both new to me so I am just curious and would like someone's insite to these questions.
