I'm so sorry your pup is sick. Bless her heart. I had to put my Pom of 15years down in Feb due to losts of problems. She was in pain and even though I did not want to let her go, it was the best for her. The yellow flem type stuff sounds like bile to me. My pups would do that when their tummies were empty. I can't see how urine can back up and come out the mouth. Good luck with your baby and I am sending prayers your way.
