We have a harness that we use to walk Reggie but I thought the collar would look nicer for pictures and since we were in the front yard, I didn't want to let him outside without anything to restrain him in case he tried to take off. Thanks for your concern and feedback though. I know that the collar can damage his trachea and I do everything I can to keep from hurting my baby.
