Default Weight Loss Help

Today, our vet said that Tallulah, who weighs 10.3 pounds, needs to go on a diet. We adopted her from a rescue society about 2 years ago; she weighed between 6 and 7 pounds and was painfully thin. Our vet thought she was between 2 and 3 years old, was very thin, and had given birth.
We've been feeding her 2 Tbsp. wet food and 1/8 cup dry food twice a day since we've had her. We'll definitely have to cut down on her treats. Thank goodness she loves carrots!
Does anyone know how much food we should be feeding her, amount-wise and/or calorie-wise? Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks so much!
