I agree, Jay, they don't understand that what they, as dog food manufacturers, do is not just a business making a product, it is often sickness, life or death for dogs they are meant to serve. Makes me sick that this vitamin packet for the Hill's canned food was toxic for so long, with complaints of dog illness/death coming in while they "investigated" without sounding ANY warning.
