About 3 whole ones a week?

They also had veal and beef livers. Except chicken liver came in a container with blood. Oh my god once I cooked it I had to keep a distance. The stench was enough to make me throw up. I guess I have always had a sensitive nose. Maggie was hesitant at first but I gave some of the soupy bits on top of kibble with boiled brocolli bits. I had to hand feed her one to get her to understand. She's always been hesitant about food. Only eats new stuff if hand fed first or if she's seen me eat it. But no way in hell am I going to eat that....

Reminds me of a quote from a cartoon I loved to watch when I was a child "the things I do for love..."

Chicken livers are delicious for humans to eat if you know how to cook them--I cook them with sherry, onions, serrano peppers, garlic, salt, pepper, and cilantro. To cook them for a dog, I would have washed off the blood and lightly fried them in a nonstick pan with nonstick spray coating.
