Thanks for all your kind words. I continue to benefit from your wisdom, strength and understanding.

It was honest-to-God touch and go since the diagnosis Thursday and yesterday morning, but it feels like we turned a corner last night and today. Eddie is eating, drinking and in pretty darn good spirits for a dog I thought was a goner as recently as two days ago. Bottom line, the pain he was in for so many days has mostly abated, and that's all I want.

I'll keep you informed. Round 2 of chemo is Monday, and we're meeting with our holistic medicine guru on Tuesday. Thanks again for your thoughts.
