The reason why I know I am not allergic to Yorkies is my son lived with me for 5 years with his Yorkie . She does not bother me , I don't get hives from her kissing me thank goodness . So, I would never get a puppy if I wasn't sure , I wouldn't take on that and have to give up the puppy. I love them too much to do that. So, yes I do know . That's why I joined YorkieTalk so I can get as much knowledge as I can before I get a fur baby. Also Yorkies have hair not fur another important point to bring up. People that are allergic know their limits and what they need to stay away from. As do I. If it is a mix I can't have it. I know my limits better than anyone. But always appreciate the feedback.
