Of course you don't.....you don't place yorkies so you would not understand.
I can tell you that she would NEVER have gotten a response from me to that request and I would pray that most breeders would also walk away. Anyone that concerned about dog pee is a huge concern in terms of long term placement of a dog. I have been doing rescue for a long time and I can tell you that post had a huge red flag waving.
