One last thing: Jack's recovery has been nothing short of remarkable. I call the vet once a week just to touch bases, and he's amazed at my stories. Jack literally runs down the hall at work without limping. Tonight, he raced up six steps and back down. He is already much better than he was before surgery, perhaps better than he's been in years. And what's cool: He knows it.
