That is the way the guarantees are usually honored. My question is "What makes a breeder think someone will want another puppy from them? Wasn't one sick baby enough?" Are you saying that she wants you to PAY for another puppy from her? I do hope that you can refuse to pay that, or any amount, for another puppy and that you can recover some of your vet bills.
Maybe her camera is broken or maybe she has to run out and but a puppy from some other person to send you. That happens in the area where I live--several breeders just keep the others out of trouble by letting them have a puppy to send. Then, when that one gets in trouble, someone else bails them out. I have no way of knowing this is the case here, but it does sound suspicious... |
