Hiya,

My Teddy was SO aloof when I first brought him home and for MONTHS afterwards. He, to this day, rarely wags his tail. He'll be 2 in October and I've had him since he was 12 weeks old.

I would say that she is still very young and still trying to learn the ropes at her new house with her new people. It just takes time. You will probably find that she goes to you one week (or month) and then goes back to hubby. This is good, because if she becomes TOO attached to one person it can be problematic, sometimes i.e. separation anxiety, etc. Plus, you'd feel worried about leaving her and stuff when you needed to if you thought you were the only one she could stand to be around!

I hope this has helped with your new puppy! Would love to see pics!
