I go back and forth with it. I truly don't watch a ton of TV on cable. I watch WAY more stuff on Netflix, Hulu, HBOGo, etc. The HBOGo is my relatives account, and I think you do need to have cable because to sign in you have to type your provider (Verizon, etc) and password. But she uses my Netflix. Same thing with Hulu- my stepsis pays for that and I use it and then I pay for netflix and she uses that lol.

When I move out, I don't know that I would even pay for cable, when I can have netflix and other stuff for less than $10-$15 a month. I know that nowadays though a lot of the internet things come in bundles with cable.

Admittedly sometimes it's nice to just scroll thru channels and find something... but 90% of the time I don't use it.
