My mammogram scheduled for Oct 7. I'm pretty good about doing it annually since I have cysts, and have had 2 biopsy/lumpectomies in the past. I still worry about the things mammogram does not pick up (such as in Joan Lunden's case), but for now mammograms are the best detection method we have. I hope for even better technology in the future. |
I'll be praying for you, Sandy. A screening mammogram caught my breast Ca, thank goodness. My 6 month post-lumpectomy mammogram and breast examination by the surgeon were both negative in early September! Yea!!!
