To think, we were just talking about finally getting a fence to keep our neighbors german shepherd from getting to Billi, even knowing they can clear most fences. Billi goes and stays at my grandmother's house sometimes and she has a lot of wildlife in her yard, and she's also residential- we've talked at length about keeping Billi inside at night. We have pee pads and potty patches for her. It's such a shame and scary, but we have to always be vigilant about our little ones' safety...
