I'd get her Bile Acids tested as she could have a liver issue even if her routine blood tests show her liver tests are normal. That was the case with my Tibbe, who was tested for years via regular blood work, CPL Snap test, etc. due to his vomiting and periodically refusing food and only doing a Bile Acids test - which came back abnormally high - showed he had liver dysfunction and further testing was needed.

After a nuclear scintigraphy/abdominal sonogram it was decided he didn't have liver shunt but likely had MVD so he was put on a low-protein diet with easily digestible proteins and he's doing much much much better now.
