Bad breeders usually try to have smaller tiny yorkies because they make them more money when selling them. Most reputable breeders only occasionally have a really tiny yorkie so a lot of the smaller tiny yorkies population is from bad breeders. When you have dogs by bad breeders a lot have health problems. That's why it would seem like a lot of tiny yorkies seem to be sick. There is no misinformation. Bad breeders don't do the genetic testing or put the care into there breeding as reputable breeders do so most of the time that equals a pup with some kind of issue. How that is false info I have no idea but whatever.
