BalanceIt K is a prescription-only product (or was when I used it). It is not for healthy dogs. The BI Canine is fine.

For puppies balancing is very important. A nutritionist may need to create the recipe.

As Cathy said the current diet is unsafe for long-term use. Homecooked food that is unbalanced should not make up more than 10% of a dog's diet. This includes treats.
