You need to know your pup, there will be a sign, usually an urgency, and circling. This is my first time with PeePads and this takes away 90% of the stress of constant watching waiting. Without the PeePads and crate you have to constantly watch and be able to pick up pup as every accident is two steps back in training. Establish a "Proper" place and take her there. mark it with one of her accidents for scent. After eating watch her like a hawk till she goes. Rev her up playing after getting up from nap as she will need to pee quicker. If your starting over it will take some time but the more you put into it the quicker it will be done. Praise and a Pee/Poop word will lock it in. You should be able to do this in 2 or 3 days if you apply yourself. Crating will make it easier on you as you can crate/PeePad in crate when you need a break or can't watch close.

If your trying to train for outside potty, get some outside panels and build a small pen, doesn't have to be big. Just big enough to place her in till she pees or poops, this will help in getting her spotted without you having to chase her all over the yard. Leave her till she does her business, praise when she starts, even treat when done.
