I use Aleene's Stiffen Quick. I buy it at JoAnns when I have a 40-50% off one item coupon!
What I like about it is that you can spray the bows and let them dry overnight, or if you make a new bow and want to use it that day, you can dry it in a few minutes in the microwave.
