I have the same problem, except its inside at the kitties. For some reason it's getting worse and I'm about to go crazy. I was thinking of puppy classes, which I will still do, but I don't think it will help me as there are no cats there :-( I have tried everything under the sun and that is the one command he refuses to take too :-(
I think maybe yours will get better as she is out and about. It sounds like she might have a bit of cabin fever and is really excited to say hi :-) good luck with yours, I don't have any advice there other than to try to redirect her attention. Maybe have a favorite toy that she gets rewarded with if she doesn't bark, or a treat when you come out and she doesn't bark. Hopefully eventually she will be more focused on the treat she will eventually get instead of what's going on around her :-) |
