It's a pillow that looks kind of like those pillows we use for the airplane to support our neck. I can do the top knot if she's sleeping.. but I think it's a better idea to train her to be comfortable with getting her hair tied for a few minutes and not zoom away like a rocket. I also use a band but I think the bands I have are too big so they come off easily. Where do you buy your bands?
