Lucky for me, my vet treats me like an infant and doles out the dosages for me so that I cannot make any mistakes
and do not need a system in place.
Maybe he has a point. I'm at the end of meds for the other dog and have too many of one left and the other med is empty. That means at least 5 days this month she had too many aspirins. Ooops.
