I would have her hormones check...my brother's dog was having the pee symptoms, esp. peeing in her sleep and the vet said it was because of her hormones!! And now she is one hormone therapy and will be for the rest of her life, but she has no more symptoms!!
But I would deifntely try and find a vet.....
