I have never used Benadryl in pill form on my dogs. I have the Children's liquid always on hand. I worry that, if an allergic reaction occurs, I might not get Katie to swallow a pill. It's great that you have them pre-cut.
I've never given Immodium, but I recently heard from my friend's vet that it could cause great discomfort for her twelve pound dog. He advised her never to use Immodium on a small dog.
