Default Help Please - Lethargic Older Male

Hi all, I have 3 dogs; 2 Yorkies- 1 female 3 years -Bella, 1 male unknown (adopted) -Jasper and 1 bulldog 1 year old -Taya
They all get along famously! Our female yorkie, Bella is the leader as she has the most attitude and was here first Jasper and the bulldog Taya are Bff's, they cuddle all the time while Bella prefers to hang out with me and my fiancé.

We adopted Jasper two years ago when his elderly owner passed away and we were given the opportunity. We jumped on it as we loved him and wanted a pal for Bella. We are unsure exactly of his age but we would guess about 8 years old. He is generally very spry and can hold his own while playing tug or running around in the house or yard with the other two. He is the best jumper of all three and the quietest and the calmest overall.

This evening I came home after a work shift and he was very lethargic, back slightly hunched and is not willing to jump onto the bed or move much without persuasion.

I love this lil guy very very much and he is my 12 year old sons best buddy!! I am not sure what's going on with him or what to do. It's after midnight where I am so would like to avoid the after hours vet call, if at all possible.
I am hoping for any advice at all!!

Thank you in advance
