The test that hopefully was done for Cushings is the Cortisol Creatinine Ratio Urine test - was that done for sure? Also, beware that's not a conclusive test - it's merely a tool used as guidance, not for conclusiveness.
It sounds like you tested for Diabetes Mellitus, but you should consider testing for Diabetes Insipidus...it's rare, no doubt, but you never know and it may be worth all the extra effort to know for sure.
Honestly, I'd still be tempted to do an ACTH Stim. Does she have *any* other random things/symptoms...like a pot belly, lethargy, hind leg weakness when jumping, muscle wasting, fur/hair loss, recurrent skin/ear issues, increased appetite / food stealing....anything?
