Thanks Kristin. As you know the situation is rather complex, as the SPCA has custodial care, but through our sources has actually three dogs with health issues, which they have informed one of our sources have NO FUNDS to treat.

Before we the club offer to fund the medical care, we need a rough estimate of what we are getting ourselves into.

This is roughly about what I secured today through my vet contacts starting at $2000 per eye as of yet we don't know if it is only one eye, or both eyes affected. And yes that was a rough quote for a large breed dog.

I will let folks know how it goes.
