I wouldn't call unless he was limping, then get an X-ray. If nothing's broke a quarter of a baby aspirin may be prescribed by your vet. When my dog Remy was a puppy he was more likely to exhibit signs of something being wrong than not, and thankfully we've never had a broken bone.
