An update on Bentley. Last night he couldn't get settled just kept walking quickly back and forth. Was up with him from 2:30am to 5:30am and then gave him half a Benadryl to try to get him relaxed. He sleeps with me and kept turning all the night.
Today he didn't want to eat his morning food but he seems a little more calm. What a mess this has been for him. After he had prednisone in June he has lost a lot of hair and it has come in coarse, another side effect of prednisone is hair loss which I didn't know. Even went to the vet to ask what could be causing it and no one knew. Since vets give this drug out it seems without pause…they should tell us all the side effects and let the owners make an informed decision.
