Aaaaah, well done you for investigating!!

All I can tell you is about our Harry....we've had many different breeds before, including Labradors, Boxers, Westies, Schnauzers etc.....and our Harry Yorkie has actually been THE EASIEST to house-train in every way .

Pups are very often as hyper or not as you train them to be.... and how you react to every circumstance. If you're calm, and cope and re-assure and properly sort each situation as it arises, then there will not be a problem.
