We do have 24 hour emergency vets, but not at our own vet, the one we do have is local but it does NOT have the greatest reputation, if he goes into our vets they are not with the in-patients all night, At this stage they don't thing it is definitely pancreatitis, I have had another Yorkie with that, so I know the signs and Teddy doesn't seem as ill as Max used to be, I have 24 phone line advise with the specialist vet hospital Teddy Went to last week, that is 60 miles away from us.

So it is either take him to the one with the not so great reputation out of hours when our vet is closed, or if he is admitted to our vet, he won't have someone there all night.

Obviously if he does end up with pancreatitis we won't leave it, but we would be taking a chance if we take him locally as all the vets use the same out of hours one with the less than great reputation.

The only other option is our own vets with out all night supervision, we we don't want, or take him 60 miles if he could make it, to the specialist hospital he was in last week.

At the moment we are waiting to see if he keeps the teaspoon of food down. or not.

Thank you for your support.
