I will tell you that I got Jess at almost year old and she would do the same. Be great for 6 days then pee on her bed, alot. I tried all the sweet "no no" and just clean it and move on. It kept happening, treat or not. I finally got irritated and I was pretty stern with her. My voice dropped and told her very firmly no no. Even if I didn't catch her in the act, I would point to it and say "No, bad pee pee"! It took a few weeks but it finally clicked and she NEVER pottys outside her crate pad area. So she now has run of the house which I thought would never happen. She even runs down the stairs to go in her potty pad even though she has one upstairs. Sometimes I think like kids they like to test boundaries, and like kids, forget.
I would think by now your little one would have been in heat. Jess was at just about 11 months, we got her at the tail end. If she hasn't been maybe that's the issue..Jess just spayed at 15 months. It has def made her more mellow. She sleeps a lot during the day, which she never used to do..I hope you find the anwers, I think it just takes time for them to settle and realize whats what. It took Jess a good 5 months to settle in...
