Just my opinion, but I think that putting them in cups is criminal and a sign that they are not breeding puppies to improve the breed. I think dressing them up is okay, provided that they're not showing any signs of discomfort. Personally, I'd rather see a picture of the puppy in his or her birthday suit (naked) so I can get a better idea of how they really look. Hopefully a good breeder will chime in.
