Thank you kimp5.

It always gives me renewed hope to see a cheer up post.

I know she's fought through a lot, I guess that's why I worry something simple might topple her. But truly, she is such a hardy girl.
Her last few dentals (I don't get them more than once a year) she has had trouble waking from the anesthetic sometimes and is very dopey all day afterwards. Sometimes it's hard to get her to eat again. I just want her to be okay no matter what.
Oddly enough it will be done a day before her birthday. Not the most fun way to celebrate, but I'm hoping her poor wee mouth will feel better the next day so she can really enjoy her kibbles. (I still dont dare give her any treats.)
I was hoping to get her hair and nails trimmed while she is under, but my vet only shaves dogs, no grooming servies. I read on another post that shaving a Yorkie's hair ruins it, is this true?
She doesn't have anything like a standard coat, so I suppose it's no real worry. I just want to be certain it grows back! lol....
Our weather is finally warming and I want her to be comfortable, otherwise I wouldn't bother them with it. Every time I try to cut her coat I make a real mess of it.
