Yup I am on the internet. There's alot I have to explain about this place, so that you all don't think I'm just being a pain in the butt. LOL!!! It's complicated. I'll try and explain the best I can. Here goes:
Tunisia is a country with a restricted currency, which basically means you cannot buy Tunisian Dinar anywhere else but in Tunisia.
Because of the currency being restriced, International credit card transactions are not allowed if you are using a Tunisian bank account. If I still had an account in the UK, I could buy things and have them shipped here. But alas, I no longer have a UK bank account. So, I am unable to buy anything on the internet.
If it's not for sale here, I cant buy it. I can wait until I fly to France next time and look for something there. But as you can imagine, taking a flight just to shop for shampoo is a bit nuts, lol!!
I have to make the best of the situation, and try and improvise for most things. I really want to do whats best for my puppy. So please forgive my stupid questions. I am soooooo stuck between a rock and a hard place here.
