 No Dice
All of the Animal Control Officers in my county were laid off (one!) - been big news in the paper since shelters are in tough times too. The police, who I have called several times and have never issued a citation, have said that people 'just aren't that neighborly anymore' - I agree, hence, you're forced to take matters into your own hands. If they won't train their dogs, I will. ;-) |
