Dexter's parents were both purebred (Dexter is AKC registered) silky coated Yorkshire terrier's. Dexter's grandparents were all show dogs. All of Dexter's siblings had the silky coat. Dexter was the only soft coated baby out of his entire litter.
You're definitely right, though!! Only time will tell how is coat will really turn out
from the picture his coat looks soft coated to me, but that is just a picture... so there is no way of telling for sure. No matter what his coat is he will definitely be a cutie
and very obviously loved by his family!
