We just got one of the Lil Pal harnesses for Pepper (
Amazon.com: Coastal Pet Li`l Pals Comfort Wrap... ) and he seems to like it - easy to adjust and once you snap it on he can't bite at it.
We put it on him and I think he forgets it's even there, he doesn't even notice it.
