Default Overstimulated/under stimulated?

I'm such a worry wart but after J's rough start I really want to make sure he is a happy dog.

Here is an example of his routine. Sorry, it is extensive!

7am wakes up and straight out to pee
7.05-10am eats breakfast
7.11 - outside to potty!
7.15-7.30 walk around the block
7.35 outside to potty
740 - 8.30 gentle play and wandering on the living room with a selection of toys
8.35 potty
8.35-8.50 one on one play with me along with teaching commands like sit etc.
8.55 potty
9am sleep in crate after cuddles on sofa
10.30am potty
10.35 -10.45 one on one play with me, usually with a small ball in the yard
10.50 potty
11am follows me around whilst I do chores inside
11.30 sits with me/cuddles whilst I do some work in the study
12pm potty
12.05-1.30 sleeps in crate
1.30 potty
1.35 lunch
1.36 (!) potty
1.40-2pm. Runs around living room on his own like a mad man
2.05 walk along the river
2:20 potty break and playing with ball outside
2.30 - 3.45 Sits with me in the study whilst I work, plays with ball under desk, messes around like the cutest pup in the world
3.45 potty
3.50 food
3.55 potty
4pm practice commands like sit and play games
4.20 potty
4.25 - 6 sleep
6.05 potty
6.10 - 6.45 crate for alone time - recommended by vet(?)
6.50 potty
7.pm crate to sleep
7.50 potty
7.55 food
8pm potty
8-10 runs around living room like a mad man with occasional pit stop for cuddle
10pm potty and short walk around the driveway/on our street
10.15 cuddles & brushing on sofa
11pm potty
11.05pm bed in crate
3am (occasionally) potty then bed

I feel exhausted by his schedule but I'm enjoying it and very lucky to work from home and have a bit of time off over the next thee months. Please can you tell me if he is over or under stimulated or if this is round about right? He is 14 weeks now. Should we be giving him more time alone or more attention?
