What they are doing is mixing breeds like a morkie. Not what you want in a Biewer or a yorkie. I would personal pass on that breeder. I think she is doing for money. That is just me. There is some wonderful breeders out there for both yorkies and Biewers. Do you want a Biewer or yorkie?
