Toto is tiny so I don't have to worry about her, but I suppose that could be a concern with the bigger babies. My only problem is that she plays games with them where she runs and tosses them up in the air! She bounces them off the wall and has thrown them so high they land on the counter in the kitchen!! I have to be careful they don't wind up in my dinner!!
