I really pray Ellie sees this and sees if it is him. If he is truly neutered, and was brought in on the 1st this could be him. I hope and pray that it is. I hope she can make a trip there, because who knows if someone at the shelter is not lieing to her about him being neutered, so they can take him home if he is not claimed.
