I called the rescue today to check on this girl. It turns out the people who thought this was their dog said it wasn't when he brought the dog to them. I am going to fill out paperwork to foster this girl and she will more then likely be spending the rest of her days with me.
I will have a home inspection tomorrow afternoon and she will bring her to me then as she said she doesn't think my home is going to be a problem. My heart feels so much lighter now. I was so worried about her. I thought this was meant to be when my dh brought her home to me on Sunday.
Now I need to think of a name.
