What do you do with a 4-8 week old teacup Yorkie, especially one from a KNOWN puppy mill?
All you need to do is stand on any corner and yell, "I want a 4-8 week old Teacup Yorkie"....all you will get are responses from puppy mills! Again, what do you do with them?
