I don't have any answers, but I know my little guy is on Advantix and he does the same thing....I apply it and he will rub and roll around the bed and couch trying to get it off.....I hadn't really thought much about it because he does that after a bath too and neither time, it doesn't last long at all. I had heard that you can apply it down the back (neck to mid back) that way, it is not all in one area. Have you talked to your vet? I will add this to my "ask the vet" list when I go.......it would be great if there were any natural ways to ward of fleas and ticks and mosquitoes....
