I currently use Comfortis flea pills (which is the flea preventive in Trifexis) and Heartgard Plus. I have also had good luck with Vectra 3-D in the past. I use diatomaceous earth (food grade type) under the furniture, cushions, outside the the perimeter of the house, grass, etc...it works like a charm.
